Our standard 30-day acquisition window allows for redistribution requests if the unit does not meet your operational requirements. Factory seals must remain intact.
STEP_01
INIT_REQUEST
Access your terminal account and initiate a return request within the 30-day window.
STEP_02
AUTH_VALIDATION
Operation Control will review the request and issue a return authorization hash.
STEP_03
RE_PACKAGING
Seal the item in its original tactical enclosure. Ensure all technical tags remain attached.
STEP_04
REDISTRIBUTION
Transmit the package to the designated sector HQ. Tracking must be active.
STEP_05
REFUND_EXECUTION
Upon acquisition and inspection, credit will be restored to your original wallet.
